We are committed to satisfaction of our clients. If you are not satisfied with a product please return it for a full refund within one month of despatch and we will credit you for its invoice value.Send us your reasons for not being satisfied so that we can take steps to avoid a similar recurrence with other clients. Availability of products
We carry in stock over 200,000 ready-made nymphs and all the materials to make kits. If we do not have your requirements on the shelf, we will contact you and offer you some alternatives:- Ship items that are available and wait for remainder (no shipping cost on remainder).
- Ship items that are available and cancel those items not available. We will credit you for the shortage.
- Change your order for the out-of-stock to items that are in stock - this may be a size change or colour combination change.
- Cancel the whole order - we will credit you with the order value.

No surprises at Naiad check-out: Post & Packing is always 2.00 Euros - irrespective of the size and destination of the shipment.Orders are picked, packed and mailed First Class within 24 Hours.
Delivery to you will be in within 5 days to Europe, 6/7 days to North America and 7/8 days to the rest of the world. Global economical, political or social events may of course disrupt regular delivery times.

Labour
We employ ladies in the Philippines to tie the nymphs and pay them on a quantity produced and quality accepted basis.The ladies earn the equivalent monthly salary of a high school teacher if they work 7 hours per day and 22 days per month. They take a lot of pride in working with Naiad, as expressed by Maria: "I am very proud of my work. I can buy more things for my family. Thank you so much."
The ladies selected their working facility on their own. Our criteria was that it had to be air conditionned, clean with plenty of light. No child labour allowed.
Discounts on volume orders
Our loyalty policy is to offer discounts for volume orders - irrespective of the end buyer - Wholesaler, Retailer, Club or Individual.The discounts are applied as follows:
- 10% on orders over Euro 20.00
- 18% on orders over Euro 65.00
- 27% on orders over Euro 325.00
- 33% on orders over Euro 650.00
- 47% on orders over Euro 1300.00
- 52% on orders over Euro 3000.00
